Creating multi-platform TV experiences for 3 million daily users
The Verizon platform presents a unique opportunity – designing for an existing platform but still introduce a level of newness that client expects from us.
This allows us to propose proactive product opportunities that are often not on the client’s roadmap; ones that often get put into production.
Fios TV+ interactivity
The continuous development of Verizon’s paid TV service – new features developed include updating page access points, content collection pages and new and improved Sports/Kids pages.
Updated guide interactions
Suggested and implemented guide improvements; introduced net new features such as ‘jump to channel’ that resonated with users in multiple round of testing.
Updated card sizes
Introduced a new size for Verizon’s standard card size, in order to be more engaging and visually interesting.
Multiple platforms, one experience
Verizon's 3 million users interact with the interface across various aspects of the platform. While some designs may roll out on one platform before being adapted to another, they must be created to ensure universal compatibility.

For over two years, I have been working with both the New York and London studio to create impactful viewing experiences as part of our retainer relationship with Verizon. Although the project is directed out of London, I have assumed a leadership in New York, which is key to growing the account. Our updates are used daily by an audience of over 3.2m active users.
