An industrial designer by trade, Claire now applies that skillset to the digital realm. With over 10 years of industry experience, she is particularly passionate about service design, design research and storytelling methods. She was tapped to be the founding member of the W12 New York studio.
She currently helps to manage both client and internal teams as part of the TCS Interactive (previously W12) NYC office.
